Avaland's Casa Embun Phase 2 debuts in Cybersouth

KUALA LUMPUR (22nd January): Avaland Bhd, formerly known as MCT Bhd, made waves with the launch of the second phase of its Casa Embun project at the expansive 417-acre Cybersouth township development in Dengkil, Selangor, on January 13.


The unveiling of this phase comes on the heels of the triumph of Casa Embun Phase 1, which achieved an impressive take-up rate exceeding 85% since its launch in January 2022, as per a statement dated 16th January.


The launch event, a part of the Cybersouth Carnival organised by Avaland, drew over 300 attendees to the Cybersouth Sales Village. Avaland's CEO, Apollo Bello Tanco, remarked that Casa Embun's success underscores how the project aligns with market demands.


"Casa Embun is our maiden vertical development in Cybersouth, and we are pleased with its positive reception. Aligned with Avaland's vision for Cybersouth as a township fostering lasting value and a vibrant community," he said


Boasting a gross development value of RM202 million, Casa Embun Phase 2 features 505 serviced apartments ranging from 550 to 1,541 sq ft, offering two layouts with two rooms and one bathroom or three rooms and two bathrooms. The selling prices start from RM250,000.


Casa Embun Phase 2 includes family-friendly facilities like a multipurpose pavilion with a barbecue area, outdoor dining facilities, a themed playground, a 25m swimming pool, a children's wading pool, a gym overlooking the pool, and sports amenities such as futsal and badminton courts. Additionally, it features a 0.9km jogging path and electric vehicle charging facilities at the car park.


Simultaneously, Avaland is enhancing some of the facilities at Cybersouth as part of its continuous efforts to improve safety, accessibility, and the overall well-being of the township community.


Avaland said ongoing and upcoming projects, including Aetas Seputeh, Amika Residences, and Anja Bangi will support its sales target of RM700 million to RM800 million for the year.
