(KUALA LUMPUR) Exciting developments are on the horizon for Gamuda Cove, Selangor as Gamuda Land gears up to introduce new food and beverage (F&B) and education-related tenants in the second quarter of 2024. Among the upcoming arrivals are Kenangan Coffee and Long John Silver’s, set to tantalise taste buds in May and July, respectively. On the education front, Big Apple Kindergarten will debut in April, followed by TVET AustralAsia by Technoriant Sdn Bhd in May, bringing with it the innovative Hospitality TVET Hub training centre for hands-on practical learning experiences.
Brandon Yong, General Manager of Gamuda Cove, highlighted the importance of enriching the township with diverse offerings to foster a vibrant and self-sustained community. "We believe that when we curate the right mix of amenities, the township truly becomes a place where residents feel at home," Yong shared. Discussions are also underway to welcome a premium Malaysian supermarket chain and additional key F&B operators to enhance the township's appeal.
In tandem with tenant additions, significant progress is being made in the township's development. The Maya Bay Residences serviced apartment and Enso Woods two-storey terraced homes are on track for vacant possession in March and July respectively, adding to the anticipated 7,600 residents expected to call Gamuda Cove home upon completion.
Looking ahead, Gamuda Cove has plans to unveil 112 units of European-inspired commercial shops and offices at Cove Centrum in the third quarter of 2024, underscoring its commitment to creating vibrant community spaces. Additionally, efforts to expand 5G service coverage and infrastructure align with the township's vision of becoming a smart city.
Yong emphasised Gamuda Land's dedication to crafting unique living environments, drawing upon the success of past developments like Kota Kemuning, Valencia, and Jade Hills. "Our townships are more than just places to live; they're dynamic hubs for diverse experiences and opportunities.
