Hilton Kuala Lumpur And Malaysia Airlines Collaborates On A Culinary Takeover


Part of it's Spring Into Abundance Chinese New Year campaign, Hilton Kuala Lumpur will be working with Malaysia Airlines to create a special culinary experience in the sky and has enlisted celebrity chef Lam Hock Hin from Chynna's expertise to serve signature dishes in the Malaysia Airlines KLIA Platinum & Business Lounge on the 21st and 22nd of January.


This collaboration with Malaysia Airlines ushers in a prosperous Year of the Rabbit with a vibrant Feast of Abundance menu bringing forth dishes flavored with a bold dimension, aligning with Hilton's core values of culinary craftsmanship and creative innovation.


Chynna takes over the Platinum and Business Lounge with signature dishes curated by Chef Lam Hock Hin such as Hearty Vegetable Medley Stew, Braised Chicken with Dried Oyster and Sea Moss, Sweet and Spicy Sea Prawns, Cantonese Style Steamed Fish and Golden Egg Fried Rice Silver Anchovies.

This curated Feast of Abundance menu is available all day long at the Business Lounge buffet spread and Platinum Lounge's Ala Carte menu.
