Dedicated To Bringing Aid To At-Risk Kids, HanKidz Marks 10 Years Gracious Initiative

HanKidz, a children’s leadership training academy, recently partnered with Yayasan Chow Kit on a CSR initiative dedicated to supporting one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) which lobbies for quality education for underprivileged children around the world.

Done in line with its 10th anniversary, the programme, dubbed SEPU10H, aims to raise a funds of about RM100,000 for the Chow Kit foundation, a 24-hour crisis and drop-in centre offering necessary assistance and provisions such as therapy, case management and educational programmes for at-risk children.

The money raised will see to it that ten beneficiaries from the foundation received funding throughout six years.

“We are pleased to launch a long-term initiative in helping young children to have a comprehensive and quality education,” said HanKidz’ founder Hank Khoo.

“We believe the way to change their unfortunate circumstances is through education. The SEPU10H programme is the first step to ensure every child has the opportunity to get an education and live up to their true potential.”

“I hope we can all help to support the SEPU10H programme.”

HanKidz has also launched the nation’s first Children NFT Art Exhibition with the hopes of raising funds and bringing awareness to art pieces that could generate exclusivity and value in the digital landscape.

Since its inception, HanKidz has been fashioning children across Asia with leadership development skills taught through various education/training modules that emphasise identity and character building.
