Triterra Partners with Siemens Healthineers for Malaysia Headquarters at The MET Corporate Towers

Triterra Metropolis Sdn Bhd, the developer of The MET Corporate Towers, has forged a strategic partnership with Siemens Healthineers AG to establish its Malaysia headquarters within this prestigious corporate office.

By collaborating with Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical technology, Triterra aims to create a dynamic environment that fosters innovation, inspires greatness, and drives transformative change.

Siemens Healthineers will occupy an entire floor spanning over 18,500 square feet on the 34th floor of The MET Corporate Towers. The new Malaysia head office will feature a state-of-the-art training area for healthcare professionals and a customer experience center showcasing a wide range of products and services. This includes AI-supported applications, digital offerings in diagnostics and therapy, and advancements in cancer care.

The lease agreement between Siemens Healthineers and The MET Corporate Towers spans a nine-year term, underlining a long-term commitment to innovation, collaboration, and shared success.

Rod Frazer, Managing Director of Siemens Healthineers Malaysia, expressed enthusiasm for the future Malaysia head office, highlighting its modern, dynamic, and flexible working environment. The new facility will empower their dedicated team to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to customers and partners. Frazer also praised Triterra as a partner in setting high standards for design and sustainability, hoping that the new premise will serve as a model for other Siemens Healthineers offices.

The MET Corporate Towers, a 42-storey Grade-A office tower, offers professionals an exceptional ecosystem with networking opportunities and industry events in the vibrant enclave of Mont Kiara. Additionally, the retail space known as 3rd Space at The MET Corporate Towers will serve as a bustling social hub, providing dining options, wellness facilities, and curated events against the backdrop of Kuala Lumpur's city skyline.

To align with Siemens Healthineers' Way of Working (HWOW) concept, the employee working area at The MET Corporate Towers will be redesigned. The HWOW concept emphasizes flexibility, work-life integration, and meeting the business's evolving needs, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
