ProHance, a new-age and leading workforce analytics and operations enablement platform, recently partnered with the Global Workforce Management (GWFM)’s Malaysia Chapter for its Strategic Leadership Roundtable Event 2023.
The event held in Kuala Lumpur, was attended by Rajesh Sharma, Co-Founder & COO, ProHance who spoke at the event on 'Macro Trends Reshaping Workforce Management'.
A distinguished panel of industry experts and the leadership teams from ProHance, GWFM, food panda, HSBC, EY, Atos and Credence spoke at and were present at the event. The theme of the event was, “New Value Proposition for 2023: Organization’s Optimization through Leveraging Automation for Better Workplace and Workforce Operations.”
The event provided a platform for attendees to garner insights into the latest trends and strategies in leadership and management.
The panel discussed the importance of developing a strong leadership culture, the challenges of leading in a rapidly changing environment, and the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
