Nestled in the suburbs of Damansara Heights will be the home to a new integrated development, poised to be the next ultimate customer-centric destination; Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall. With the opening of the first phase, the development will also feature five residential towers, ten corporate towers, a proposed 5-star hotel and around 380 retail outlets.
Accessible across three key highways, Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall will have several components such as a supermarket, food and beverages (F&B), beauty and health, fashion, lifestyle and entertainment outlets among others. Some of the confirmed tenants include Harvey Norman, Swarovski, Adidas, Laneige, Gong Cha, IIaoIIao, Din Tai Fung, Starbucks Reserve and Machines.
According to its management, the mall’s concept is a reflection of their commitment towards a data-driven destination that will allow for better decision-making for stakeholders to maintain its competitive edge and add value to the neighbourhood while creating close to 4,000 jobs, in addition to various economic multiplier effects.
Pavilion Damansara Heights is set to make its public debut in May 2023 and has already secured over 70% confirmed tenants for its retail space.
