Tan Sri Lim Hock San, the esteemed Executive Chairman of LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS), has been recognized and awarded the prestigious 'Ir' title by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). This title is reserved for professional engineers who are registered and licensed to practice engineering in Malaysia, having fulfilled all the necessary prerequisites.
Datuk Ir. Ahmad Redza Ghulam Rasool, the President of BEM, acknowledged Lim's remarkable achievements and competencies in the field of engineering, certifying and approving him as a professional engineer deserving of the 'Ir' title. Ghulam Rasool emphasized Lim's significant contributions to the engineering and construction industries, which have greatly uplifted the nation's development sector. He praised Lim as an exemplary leader, guiding his organization to numerous successes.
The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) also extended its congratulations to Lim, highlighting his well-deserved distinction. Ir Lai Kong Phooi, the past president of IEM, expressed admiration for Lim's exemplary accomplishments and profound contributions to the field of engineering.
