Iris Lee to head Touch 'n Go's brand management, marketing and comms

Iris Lee has been appointed Head of Brand Management, Marketing, and Communications at Touch 'n Go Digital.


In her new role, Lee will oversee all aspects of brand strategy, planning, campaigns, social media, creative studio, PR, and communication initiatives. She will also be involved in market research, brand tracking, team leadership, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.


Using data-driven insights, Lee aims to elevate Touch 'n Go eWallet from a strong brand to a beloved one amongst all Malaysians.


Lee will report directly to Alan Ni, the CEO of Touch 'n Go Digital.


"Touch 'n Go Digital is the largest and leading fintech app in Malaysia, and I'm thrilled to be part of the innovative team during this transformative phase," said Lee. "I am committed to creating memorable experiences for our customers and driving advancements in the fintech space."


Before joining Touch 'n Go Digital, Lee was Regional Brand Director and Head of Branding and Communications at Carsome, where she developed and executed brand strategies across multiple Southeast Asian markets. She also spent over seven years at iMoney Group, holding various marketing and editorial positions.


Lee's appointment follows Touch 'n Go Digital's recent campaign in December 2023, where RM1 million was donated to United Voice. This initiative aimed to support programs promoting self-advocacy, employment opportunities, and disability equality training for individuals with learning disabilities.
