MSC-status technology innovator Iris Corp is working with the Ministry of Home Affairs on the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) contract for an estimated RM1.12 billion under its unit, Iris Information Technology Systems Sdn Bhd (IITS).
According to a statement from the company, the project reflects the recognition of the company's capabilities and expertise, and will the development, delivery and integration of the entire NIISe for the Immigration Department of Malaysia by implementing the latest and most advanced digital applications.
Additionally, IITS first received a letter of award for the NIISe project from the Ministry of Home Affairs on January 29th 2021, with a contract period of 54 months commencing from March 1st 2021 until August 31st 2025.
