As a young lad, Joshua Tan was accustomed to the conventional methods of finding a job; that is staying updated with the message boards of his local convenience store. Following his departure from a corporate job at PwC Malaysia, and a triple back surgery, Joshua set out on his own path to create a platform where everyone would be able to test the waters of their dream job.
