Deloitte has launched the Southeast Asia Regional Capability Centre (RCC) in Malaysia, creating job opportunities for professionals in various fields. The RCC aims to provide audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, and tax and legal services to clients across Southeast Asia, APAC, and globally.
With plans to scale up to more than 1,000 professionals, Deloitte is committed to creating high-value employment opportunities and developing a highly-skilled workforce. The RCC opening is part of Deloitte's investment plans for growth in the region. The firm also shared its comprehensive talent development program, including the KidsEdu initiative, which focuses on improving the academic performance of primary school children in underprivileged communities.
As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, Deloitte is providing laptops to support education in these communities.
