Boustead Holdings Bhd, recently acquired by Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT), will implement a new strategy over the next three years.
The company plans to delist from the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and undergo a reset to unlock value and intensify its transformation. Boustead's CEO, Izaddeen Daud, expressed confidence in the resilience of its core businesses and emphasized the focus on performance improvement, cost management, and exploring new revenue streams.
